Product Description

The human IFN-γ ELISA kit is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of human IFN-γ in human serum, plasma, buffer or cell culture supernates . It can detect both natural and recombinant human IFN-γ.This kit is a pre-coated plate, which is completed by "sandwich one step". The incubation time of the whole process does not exceed 3 hours, and the total washing time is 6 times which greatly reduces the experimental time.
