We conducted a Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) evaluation targeting Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), comparing Biofargo 1 μm Streptavidin magnetic beads against leading Japanese competitor beads.
At baseline (0 antigen concentration), Biofargo beads maintained a clean background identical to controls, ensuring high assay specificity.
At low antigen concentrations, Biofargo beads delivered approximately 2× higher luminescence signals, significantly improving detection sensitivity.
At higher concentrations (125 μIU/mL), signal intensity remained ~2× higher, reaching up to 3.5M, confirming enhanced dynamic range.
